Volunteer Service

Our most significant achievement is bringing a school to a typically marginalized community. It was so important to me that I help young black men find employment that they enjoyed and that enabled them to build a stable life for themselves. We work diligently to attract students whose lives we can change for the better, and change them we do!

Another critical achievement is bringing something so vital as education to the city of Atlanta. There are zones in Atlanta that need revitalization. We carefully planned with partners that would not only open doors for students but help the businesses surrounding the school. As they say, it “takes a village to raise a child.” Well, that’s true to revitalize a city too. It takes an entire city to cause change. While we have not made all the necessary changes, we are proud to say we are part of the process of uniting the businesses and planning how to revitalize the area by working together. We are incredibly pleased to be a part of that.
